Jim Gracia and his team of sub-contractors are in one word —outstanding! With any construction project, the challenges are many with permits, schedules, road-blocks, delays, and disruptions beyond one’s control.  We simply couldn’t have opened without Jim and his team.  From the start, I knew that Jim would be fair and professional.  He was so much more than that.
